Billing questions
- Can I buy just one app?
- Yes. Each app has its own subscription and its own price. The bundle is only there because most people who use one end up wanting the other.
- What does the bundle save?
- 23% against the two subscriptions side by side, plus the handoff features that only make sense with both installed.
- I already subscribe to one app. Can I upgrade?
- Yes. Choose the bundle at checkout: the single subscription ends that day and its unused time is credited on the first bundle invoice.
- How many Macs?
- Every Mac you own. Sign in inside the app with the same account you use here.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. The apps keep working until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Is there a free version?
- Both apps are free to download, and every plan starts with a 3-day trial that includes 100 AI credits. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- The app tells you before the call and offers a pack; nothing runs until you choose. Packs never expire; the monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
